Clearly, the SISTER FAMILIES experience demonstrates the enormous potential of Rotary's World Community Service to unite the human and financial resources of Rotarians throughout the Americas as well as the Far East. Although District 4580 has received several grants from the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in early stages of project development, the program's continuance and expansion has been largely the result of financial support, over twelve years, by California District 5170 and by contributions receive through the Projects Exchange program of RI's World Community Service (Project #W02675).
